I have often complained of the Chinese goods and how kids clothes are made by kids, and how Rural Chinese, like the blacks under Apartheid are forced into near slave labour. Well, the Rural Chinese are kicking ... dirt... at the unfair labour practices of China. Since Apple manufacturing Foxconn raised salaries due to a spate of suicides and the bad press, others, including those Plebeian under-classes who manufacture Honda in slave-like conditions: are striking, and it is striking at China's core.
After the South African Textile industry collapsed as the ANC slept in bed soundly with their Communist Party allies from Beijing, our textile and many other industries collapsed. Perhaps finally China will be forced to work fair. So, especially as it benefits South Africa. Viva la Chinese worker, strike them to their cores, those Red Communists! Viva, as this benefits the rest of us, much more than it does you. Of course it doesn't help the immoral companies which use Chinese labour and there are other countries where similar conditions prevail. None the less: this is good, and shines a light on the cheaters who use Chinese labour, and use the Chinese people to do so, in a way similar to good old Usury.

Hilarious, if you don't collapse from being dizzy. Poor sap, reminds me of a scene from something like Chuck, or a Google promotional advert, just without stabilizer on or camera skills, by the photographer in Madison Square Garden I think!

Church fails to confirm ANY major venue for a papal event as it tries to shift responsibility to the Government- Telegraph
Article by Marc Aupiais
The Blogs Editor of the Daily Telegraph claims that there is a crisis as to the venues where the pope is supposed to say mass in September. His criticism, I am sure, he would claim, has nothing to do with his support of the Tory/Conservative party, currently running Great Britain, in coalition. Or, with Damien Thompson's dislike of the Bishops of England and Wales.

We Con the world- by the IDF... um I mean Jerusalem Post... um I mean...
Article by Marc Aupiais
Okay, I watched parts of it on France 24 on my computer, and I decided it was hilarious, and it is after all political satire. I don't endorse their views, but I get a bit sick of the bias in local South African media against Israel, so, without endorsing them IDF, or agreeing with their views, or the views of the satirists, including an important figure at the Jerusalem Post, I am linking to this, simply because it is newsworthy. I am not endorsing it!
I got the link from the Jerusalem Post
As I said, matters, as it shows the Israeli view, and that is the thing which must be taken into account, if Israel will ever feel safe enough to stay within international standards.

Big Diapers- in anti-abortion fight... well when it's its customers anyway
Big Diapers, as they are called here: a.k.a. Pampers obviously felt the bottom line (I love these puns), and has decided to go on a campaign to encourage women to carry to term. Of course, the Apple IPad app by Pampers does not mean they have ended their support of Unicef*, which promotes abortion among those who can't afford Pampers nappies.
According to financial firm KPMG, we might all feel the pinch from the population decline soon- given the coming skills shortage they predict, so Pampers, it is coming!
*It may be noted that Pampers does work with pro-abortion, pro-sterilization group Unicef, and help to fund it:

Now, ABC Australia's headline may point to a refusal to calls for an international investigation, but what is new there: this is what interests me most in the coverage of ABC Australia, which I listen to via PodCast:
"BRENDAN TREMBATH: Israel maintains a naval blockade of the Gaza Strip because it wants to weaken the grip of the militant group Hamas and get back a captured Israeli soldier.
Turkey's Foreign Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu understands why Israel maintains the blockade but he's angry about the deaths of nine Turkish nationals who were trying to bring aid supplies into Gaza.
AHMET DAVUTOGLU: One of the reasons why Israel is implementing blockade against Gaza is Gilad Shalit case. One Israeli soldier was captured by Hamas in 2006. For last four years Israel made it an important case and we respect this but they also should respect to our request - why our nine citizens were killed in international waters?
BRENDAN TREMBATH: Basic goods including canned tuna, tea and coffee are allowed in but the Israelis have banned building materials such as steel pipes which they say could be used to make weapons.
The Middle East envoy Tony Blair has told CNN that Israel is justified in trying the stop weapons being brought in."

Satirical humour, or anti-Islamic: Israel's "We Con The World"
Satirical of media coverage of a convoy of about five humanitarian aid ships which were sent to break the Israeli Gaza blockade by Free Gaza, a YouTube Video which had the aid of the conservative Jerusalem Post, accuses Free Gaza of conning the world. Either way, it has received over 1 000 000 (One Million) hits on YouTube.
It is thought to reflect Israeli sentiment strongly, and I personally think it interesting. After all, that there was only fighting on one of the ships, killing 9 activists, and then there is that relatives had talked of plans of activist martyrdom to the papers in Turkey. The Israeli video of events also showed activists fighting back violently.
Some time before the most recent ship was blocked, ABC Australia was told that previous Free Gaza ships have gotten through to Gaza, by an activist. The ships were carrying illegal aid: Concrete and Paper, as well as other materials, Australian Broadcasting Corporation was then told.
While I think the video, and the Jerusalem Post, itself, are very useful in understanding Israeli sentiment- something which will need to change if Gaza is ever to be "freed", I do think it likely is offensive, that said, offensive speech and humour is better than rocket attacks, I think it healthy for the world to understand how Israel feels.
Ultimately, dialogue, even offensive dialogue, should be allowed. I truly believe that when the international community starts to focus on the plight of both sides more fully, including the plight of minorities, that that is when peace may come.
To put my point, that this is an Israeli viewpoint out stronger, Israel's press office released it to foreign journalists, by accident they say.
As I am not certain how I view the video, and refuse to add to the hits, instead, I have linked to ABC Australia on the issue. I support neither side in the middle east.

"The Queensland Government is considered is moving Year 7 students from primary to secondary schools, as part of a review of its education system. The idea's being opposed by many families in regional towns who say they can't afford an additional year of boarding school in bigger cities, and fear the drop in student numbers will see resources cut to country primary schools." says ABC Australia via The World Today.
Outback children can do much of their learning via correspondence during junior school, however, for highschool, the government has them sent to boarding schools. Many in Queensland don't understand why their children can't do highschool via video conferencing. I think that the more time spent with family, and the less at boarding school the better, I hope the detractors win this one out and the children aren't sent away a year earlier, especially given the cost to rural families!
Costa Rice closes down unproven Stem Cell treatments
While there are patients claiming success with the treatments, using adult "master" stem cells, the type which show a lot more promise scientifically than embryonic stem cells (harvested from the corpses of aborted babies, sometimes conceived to create the cells), Costa Rica has closed down a clinic offering alleged treatment of certain serious diseases, not due to a bad success rate, but until such time as the treatment is proven. Costa Rica, like some South African firms, has enough medical expertise, to have created a market of medical treatment tourism, unlike the South African firms, which work overseas, Costa Rican firms, attract visitors by offering much cheaper treatments. Much as South Africa has plastic surgery tourism, Costa Rica has much more beneficial tourism, however, the offering of the Master Cells treatment before USA FDA approval and placebo trials, shows just one weakness, and the need for research.

Why can't we age restrict the web?
Article by Marc Aupiais
Recently, after watching a television I wanted a definition of a word/phrase I had noted, and thinking it safer, used wikipedia to attempt to find the meaning. When the page loaded, it had a number of images I would rather not view, the sort of images one rather never sees. What you have seen you have seen. Twitter likewise, with some followers- you see things you don't want to see. Now, I have read that in I think it is Saudi Arabia, they block these sorts of images, via software server side, so that the public are not exposed to such obscenity. Personally I see the internet as the public's domain: and I think that such images should be censored, or blurred at certain parts, before we are exposed to them. If people want to get images, they can do so elsewhere: i.e. I don't see how this would limit freedom of speech. Do you agree: I think South Africa SHOULD censor the internet!

in reference to: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. (view on Google Sidewiki)Pope slams all military solutions to Mid-east conflicts
The church has always had a view, closer to the Islamic world, than to the Israeli view, on the Gaza situation, believing that Israel should not occupy Gaza and the West Bank, and that it should give these more freedom: possibly due to the Christian population there. Once again, the Pope has called for a peaceful and only peaceful solution to the Middle East conflicts.
When Israel recently raided a flotilla of Free Gaza ships carrying humanitarian aid, as well as what an official for the group told Australian Broadcasting Corporation was banned aid: such as paper and concrete, it caused international condemnation of the violence. A ship sent after the raid, also planned to ignore Israeli warnings of a blockade, planning to enter Gaza in daylight.
Israeli video showed soldiers being beaten by activists, who they claimed carried weapons on one ship, some relatives told Turkish media, that certain passengers had wanted to be martyred. Only one of the ships resisted the Israeli siege violently, and all 9 casualties were on this ship.
Israel justifies its occupation of Gaza, seized during the Six Day War, by rocket attacks fired into it by Hamas. Moves such as a National Jewish heritage Day, in which Barack Obvama celebrated campaign financiers, and Jews without a link to Israel, as well as other moves by the Obama administration (according to the Jerusalem Post), have caused the Israeli people to increasingly feel that they are alone in the world, as Palestinians have the backing of Russia and China, and others. This, along with increasingly anti-Palestinian sentiment in Israel, may be partially the cause of their increasingly more violent responses to what they see as enemies of their state.
The censorship that goes: Facebook unbanned in Bangladesh after Facebook alleged acquiesce
Facebook may not acquiesce to other issues, but when it comes to Islam's claimed Prophet Mohammed, and its claim over one million Facebook users in Bangladesh: 1/6th of the Bangladeshi internet users: Facebook is alleged to have acquiesced to remove pages in accordance with Bangladeshi censorship of portrayal of the Islamic religion's claimed prophet and of the political leaders of what France 24 calls: the 90% Islamic country. Pakistan also recently lifted a ban on Facebook after a court order.
As the fight between a self censoring and state censored internet continues globally, countries such as China and a number of Islamic governments and more centrist states have chosen more censorship. Even South Africa allegedly has an internet firewall, I was informed when Scripturelink.net was unavailable, in South Africa, but available elsewhere until I mentioned this on social networking site Twitter.
It is increasingly possible to censor the internet, and even email as technology improves.
In South Africa, law requires that all mobile phone conversations be recorded, and all emails also be kept in archives which submit to the state. Citizens talk, knowing that every word is kept by the government.
China has turned to hackers, allegedly to get an upper hand over the USA, Britain and Russia.
Often intelligence on terrorism and other activities, is now gathered over the internet.
Wall Street Journal- Does the Internet Make You Smarter?
Given my legal training and my fact checking tools, and procedures, and my focus: the internet has often been a blessing to me. I am one of the generation which grew up with limited but existing internet and computers. For me, I see good and bad, just like the ordinary world, the Wall Street Journal- I find to be one of the best USA newspapers, perhaps because financial news is often more professional.
I use the Internet to listen to the pope, and international news, to double check my doctors, to double check facts and news. By the internet, I find expert bloggers, better than press journalism at what they do, among the worse, which abound in many newspapers. The word free, and the word volunteer, are both vital to the internet: I for instance have yet to make a formal profit from my extensive work online, I have made friends and contacts, and gained much- yet, the point is: old media has become largely stagnant: focussed on triviality, and sex and violence, old Hollywood: good Hollywood: which I seek out in films, is largely gone, thanks to the hippies and the '80s: the internet is something which could bring it back: and bring up print standards. The power of the internet has allowed me to do much good in the world!
I am one who argues for it to be expanded: but for people top be taught to think again critically, and wisely, so as to use it safely and rightly!

I think I noted this some time ago, that the Holy Roman Catholic church had gotten Raul Castro's Cuba to agree to start moving prisoners closer to their families, and to move the sick to hospital. The first of these has now started to be achieved, says AFP. The Church has also succeeded in getting the authorities in Communist Cuba, to lift the ban on the dissidents' female relatives: The Ladies in White, marching in the streets, says AFP.
At least six prisoners have reportedly been moved so far!
Felix Navarro, Antonio Diaz, Diosdado Gonzalez, Ivan Hernandez; Jose Luis Garcia Paneque, Arnaldo Ramos, have been moved closer to their families so far, they: AFP- quote the office of the Archbishop of Havanna to say.
Media Bias in America's ABC, on abortion
In a shockingly amiss article on Sister Margaret McBride, who caused an elective abortion in a Catholic hospital, and was thus declared excommunicated in accordance with the automatic punishment in canon law, ABC attacks the church stance on abortion, notes "many canon lawyers", and doesn't give the Catholic side of the story.
There was a mere possibility of mother and child dying, and even then I don't see why there are not options such as a caesarean section, or the possibility that it was not the pregnancy which caused it, after all, it is not certain what causes it, according to the medical sources, I a layman have consulted. The child was aborted at 11 weeks due to a diagnosis that the mother was suffering from pulmonary hypertension, a lung disease, which ABC says only could possibly be linked to pregnancy, in their health section. Whether or not the mother's life was saved according to their own medical section, is thus doubtable. And they only name one canon lawyer, Father Thomas Doyle: while attacking the choice of a bishop. They also attack the church on sex abuse, but the reason those trials take so long, is as there is often a lack of proof. Here, the delict was admitted to.
“Referendarius” (formal expert advisor) to the Apostolic Signatura, which Thomas Peters of American Papist calls the highest court in the catholic Church, Edward N. Peters JD JCD, states that the canonical plea of necessity, can only be mitigating at best when the oppressor has committed a delict which by its nature is intrinsically evil, such as the delict of abortion.
He thus agrees with Bishop Olmsted, that Sr. Margaret, who chose to cause an elective abortion of pregnancy at a Catholic hospital, is indeed excommunicated, whether latae sententiae (by the act of the abortion/automatically), or ferendae sententiae: by the declaration of the excommunication, by Bishop Olmsted.
(I am not a canon lawyer or doctor, what I say is not medical or canonical advice)
A biased AFP story on priestly Celibacy
Australia's Australian Broadcasting Corporation carries this biased article by AFP: allowing incorrect "facts" to be portrayed, such as the idea of non-existent "married popes", allowing sex no matter what to be portrayed as a fundamental right, free love isn't one, and quoting, or misquoting indirectly a minimal few members of the hierarchy, out of context, and apart from the vast majority, without any argument on the church's side.
It quotes priests' former "wives" i.e. illicit lovers.
Italy's Lombardy Region to support pregnant women who don't abort
Many elective abortions occur every year in Italy, due to financial reasons, but Lombardy Regional President, Roberto Formigoni, believes it should be so no more. Women who cannot afford pregnancy easily, will be compensated.
While critics have said women may get pregnant for the cash, or have asked what happens after the period is over, it was recently revealed by financial firm KPMG, that the world faces economic crises in the future, due to a reduction in population sizes and growth.
The Regional President belongs to Silvio Berlusconi's People of Freedom Party. His religious affiliation, like many in Italy, is Roman Catholic. 130 000 (One Hundred and Thirty Thousand), over one tenth of a million elective abortions are reported in Italy every year, says tabloid the Daily Mail.

The watchdogs, under the banner: CARB (Coalition Against Religious Bigotry), are asking advertisers to look at what they see as a double standard, given Comedy Central's decision to censor South Park on Islam's the Prophet Mohammed.
They consider the show, which hasn't got the green light to air yet, to be anti-Christian bigotry, and thus they believe, should be of concern to any decent advertisers.

No such thing as a necessary elective abortion- top canonicist
Vatican expresses "sorrow and concern" over Israeli attack on aid ship
The ship was certainly intended for a political statement, from the start, though many expected a less active Israeli response, even if the current government is more polarized against the Palestinians than ever, and has lost the confidence of having a strong American ally, as Israel had in George Bush.
The Vatican, has condemned the attack, by expressing "sorrow and concern", says AFP.
Other Nations concerned by the Israeli response to the pro-Palestinian ship's attempt to reach Gaza, include: France, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Austria and Spain.
Russia, Britain, Beligum, France, Portugal, and Greece have let Israel understand their disagreement with their methods against the ship.
Argentina, Brazil, and others in Latin America have asked for action, The OIC have also condemned the attack. The Arab League has convened a special meeting.
The AU (African Union), has asked for an investigation.
Pakistan, Algiers, Tunis, Rabat have strongly condemned the attack.

Up to 40 000 (Forty Thousand) people are expected to be forcibly evacuated from villages in the largely Islamic Southern Philippines as ten villages in the Sultan Kudarat town, on Mindanao island were severely affected after a river overflowed, in rains which had stretched from Friday at least until Tuesday this week.
The Philippines, a mainly Catholic nation, is divided between the Catholic North and Muslim South, a possible reason for the use of the army to evacuate southern villagers, who do not want to leave, despite being "waist-deep" in water.
The Philippine government's present administration has lost favour in the eyes of the powerful Catholic church on a number of issues lately, and for years, has been facing Islamist Separatists in the South.
The country, which has seen many governments rise and fall, remains largely religiously divided as regards dwelling places.
The army has already sent trucks out to aid in the forced evacuation, according to the area's social welfare department head, Pombean Kadir, says SAPA.

Article by Reuters details that it will be in British Autumn, it is called an "apostolic visitation", and was announced in the former March letter to the Irish people, in which the Vatican slammed local bishops.
It will begin in Armagh (lead by Cardinal Murphy-O'Conner who the BBC says is retired), Dublin (Cardinal Sean Patrick O'Malley), Cashel-Emly (Archbishop Thomas Collins), and Tuam (Archbishop Thomas Prendergast), before moving to other Irish Dioceses.
The Vatican says the Irish church needs a spiritual and moral renewal, says Reuters. The Bishops are all of Irish Descent, but none are Irish Bishops, keeping with Natural Justice on that point, it would appear.
Reuters says the investigation is seen as important to the pope.
Al-Qaeda leader Sheikh Sa'id al-Masri killed in US missile strike
So, the US says he's dead, and someone/people in a chat-room, I mean jihadist forums on May 31, say he is dead, along with wife, kids (three daughters), and other men, women and children. Did I forget to mention that they promised revenge (no, the words about infidels paying are not a standard greeting, despite some suggestions).
All this air-strike talk reminds one a lot of Gaza et al. So, the guy handled finances and operational planning, the Telegraph claims, apparently the Jihadists couldn't hire a chartered accountant. I hope their taxes are in order. They forget to mention that Al Qaeda has many independent Cells, and allies, of course, though they do have something to tell the press. I still don't see the Taliban or Somalis standing down.
Through this latest alleged hit, the USA is reportedly closer to winning their war on Al Qaeda. I just hope that none of Al Qaeda's allies, e.g. in Somalia, where I doubt the guy was in charge, decide to take revenge on the rest of us, e.g. South Africa 2010 Soccer/Football World Cup.

England: Cardinal Murphy-O'Connor, former Archbishop of Westminster,

No Irish Bishops have been named for the inquiry, seemingly keeping with Natural Justice concepts, such as independence of the judge.

I may not live past today
Article by Marc Aupiais
If I kill myself, blame the um, blame the Sex... and the City... 2... movie, for destroying my reasons for living. haha. Yes, I am being dragged by my good will, and dear love of one of my female friends into watching the same firm offer of reasons to cause your own death- if you are stupid and don't know to love life infinitely: they play in those suicide parlours somewhere in Europe, just in case someone asks for their money back.
I considered getting drunk, but I have never been drunk in my life, the last time I took a sip of Alcohol, was at my Confirmation, when I drank the Blood of Christ from the Chalice. I considered smoking, but I care too much for my health. I considered sex, drugs and rock and roll, but I prefer classical music, and drugs may kill me, and sex is half the problem with that title.
So, instead I put on MK, the Afrikaans musiek channel this morning, and tried to understand what the people were saying, and why their shorts were so short. And with that, my Blackberry to email, twitter and browse the web, and a short article, and given the comfort of my female friend- I might just survive being in the same theatre as Sex and the City is playing in.
Rumour has it, that in the cold war, Mother Russia, would play this movie to American captives, to show them why Russian women are so much better, and thus why they should betray their state, or is it states?
Anyway, I am dressing down, just in case I get some unwanted attention from the other minimal male audience members. Hopefully, if any pitch up, they were also being dragged along, knowing you can't kick or scream around a female friend.
That all said, the reason I am going, is that I dearly love my friend, I love her company, and her humour and much else. I actually plan to enjoy myself tonight... but just in case I don't make it out of the theatre, or the police arrest me for burning down the theatre, like any real man would (joke), I thought to tell you, my readers...

Very Biased Daily Mail Piece, on Monsignor Charles Scicluna
Monsignor Charles Scicluna, said that priests who abuse risk terrible punishment in Hell, quoting the bible. Though Nick Pisa insisted on making a headline which makes it news. The article surveys Italians rather than Catholics, and cherry picks statistics, as a proper view would show. There is no proof the pope even knew of the German case in Munich, and the pope has done more than apologise to victims in Malta, he did the same in many countries and has done very much to fight abuse.
None the less, with a cautious view, one may be interested in this article!

Why not risk the environment while campaigning and while working: focus on controversial "Global Warmning"/"Climate Change" rather than protecting not controversial, but existing eco-systems, such was Obama's agenda in office, as legitimate conservation concerns were ignored, and as off-shore drilling has become the New Iraq.
British Petroleum (BP), or whatever they call themselves in the USA drilled oil at a level, where if safety measures failed, a disaster like this was assured. The oil rig exploded, resulting in loss of human life, and the safety measures for this failed, resulting in the loss of animal and plant life.
For the sake of a problem that may happen: man-made "greenhouse effect" climate change, Obama risked and ignored the environment we already had, after all, the Wall Street Journal notes that Obama was compromising on the safety of sea habitats, for the sake of carbon cuts, a complete irony.
Obama also has yet to end Climate Change, if it is man-made and not caused by another cause, which may well even then perhaps be preventable.
The USA, and China, both at Copenhagen: achieved an industrial coup. Their reductions, promised, according to EuroNews, were seemingly not based on 1990's levels, meaning that they certainly will not prevent the 2 degree rise that Global Warming faithful say would be irreversible.
Sea Shepherd, a militant organization
Their black ships remind one of the destructive alien space craft of many a science fiction film. Their name says a lot about this militant leftest green organization. Sea Shepherd, a vigil ante group: heroes in Australia which sees whaling as illegal, monstrous villains in Japan, where the other view prevails.
Those with good memories will remember the alleged sinking of one of these ships by a Japanese whaling boat, video seemed to show stink bombs being thrown at the Japanese and other acts constituting assault.
It was interesting to compare the BBC to Al Jazeera in covering this group, and interesting also how positively Animal Planet (Discovery Channel) portrays these law breaking extremists.
No one should doubt that Sea Shepherd are extremists, or that they plan to damage others' property. What is notable however is that unlike Al Qaeda or the Taliban, or even the rare pro-lifer who takes the law into their own hands (actually pro-abortionist groups and individuals attack pro-lifers and kill them more than the other way around), Sea Shepherd are portrayed as heroes, seeking the common good of the world.
It's all about ideology.
That isn't saying Sea Shepherd doesn't do good, that isn't saying the IRA didn't achieve good. It is simply saying that one media outlet's hero, is another's extremist. Aren't we all extreme about something? Which extreme is acceptable really depends on the speaker's goals.

New York Times hates on church, no way?
So here is an open letter by Thomas Peters to some guy with a Russian sounding name, about some nun at a Catholic hospital who decided to take it upon herself to cause an elective abortion.
So Thomas Peters isn't too pleased with the New York Times portrayal (let's be honest: no one under 30 should actually admit to reading the New York Times anyway unless they do journalistic stuff like me).
So the small guy is taking on the guy with two prizes from some or other committee, just 'cause!
Fart be it from me not to link to it.
And to the excommunicate nun, get a life, stop taking lives, wait, don't get a life, we don't want you anywhere near sick people! Now scat from the church, be gone! Hamba- to use a South Africanism!

Sex and the city, complete junk
I say that without watching it, from another who hasn't. A female friend has decided i am to watch it on Monday with her. I technically won't watch it hopefully, I will just be in the theatre, while the junk plays and she oogles at the screen but I don't.
Complete junk from a junk script written in hell, and thus burnt of any connection with reality, or healthy, wholesome living. P.s. In France, tossing a dwarf is a cherished tradition, but whichever dwarf took this photo of the pope, while hiding under a table and working for the Reuters press agency, certainly wasn't tossed... out that is. because they got their photo of the pope, and some other lads and ladies, you know the pope, gregarious type of folk he is: preaching friendship, truth and the Gospel and all. So this is what our weekly donations in church go towards?
Bishop Giuseppe Sandri MCCJ (whatever that means), who the SACBC says is Bishop of Witbank, clearly had enough time on his hands to bless a world cup soccer stadium in Nelspruit. I am glad the South African bishops are focussing on important social issues, and not just a world cup which may cost South Africa more than it gives us.
In another note, when what Johannesburg Archdiocese' Archdiocesan News called about 3 000 Catholic protesters marched on Constitution Hill under Archbishop Buthi, who attacked parliamentarians basically as complicit in murder, the wonderful SACBC (Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference) did not find that racy reading to be good enough to send out to what they have claimed is something like 4 000 email addresses non I mean on their list.
Thank you for letting us know that a soccer stadium is "blessed" SACBC, I am sure the uber-rich will appreciate it, as with fans, before they leave the stadium drunk and die before reaching home. I am also sure the many who will be kidnapped and human trafficked during the event will appreciate that the stadium was "blessed". Glad our Bishops are focussing on important things.

Why the new mass translation in English is so vital
Many have claimed that the reason the English speaking Catholic world has found such turmoil is that the mass translation was messed up when the vernacular was finally followed after the Second Vatican Council. The Church, under Pope Benedict XVI, has sought to remedy the poor English translation, and one point to be made is why we now (already in many South African parishes) say: and with Your Spirit, to the priest ministering communion at the mass. The phrase of course, refers to Jesus who works through the priest, says Msgr Charles Pope on the Archdiocese of Washington blog!

Google is one of the best search engines on the internet, producing not only search results, but a browser, soon an OS (Operating System), the Nexus One smart phone, a phone operating system, and so much more. Take especial note of its Custom Search Engine facilities, they are largely unique and useful.
Google's policy is don't be evil, but evil tends to differ per market they operate in, and certainly seems to be a Google judgement call, with many criticising it for both search suggestions, and for company involvement in politics.
Google tends to seem to believe that the web democracy should decide which results are on the top, although space can be bought with advertisements in the advertisements sections.
Google provides about 60% of online advertising, meaning that what they advertise affects the world. They have been severely criticized from all sides on the ads they allow and do not allow, some of them hateful and terrible in nature, some encouraging what many governments consider undesirable behaviour. Further, Google adverts often appear in some anti-virus programs, so as to make the entire page seem dangerous, as the ad page linked to has been accused of dangerous activity.
If one wants to find the views of extremists, search for them on Google. If one wants to find their opponents, Google is also available.
Google is a search engine, and unlike Yahoo, not a web directory program. It generally believes in non-interference with web results, much as some environmentalists will not interfere with the life-cycle of animals.
If I want information on a topic i often either use Google or a custom search engine using a Google engine.
I disagree with much of what Google does and says, but they do tend to stand up for what they believe in, and for their own bottom... line.
I especially disagree with their pro-abortion adverts etc, in search results and on web-pages, and with their links to seeming hate sites, in advertisements.
Google is controversial, but likely the most or one of the most effective ITC companies in the world. I extensively use and like many of their services!

YouTube, owned by Google, is likely the most popular video sharing site online. It shows many sorts of videos, though some users have complained of videos being taken down with Google alleging copyright infringement or other claims.
YouTube videos should only be trusted as accurate if from a source you trust. Video editing is a much cherished art, especially among many in the Internet Elite, and among the younger generation.
YouTube has been host to terribly violent and disgusting, and obscene videos in the past. People have also committed suicide over videos posted about them on YouTube.
What goes on YouTube is often downloaded and redistributed, so be careful what you post, and what you let others post on YouTube involving you, and remember, many governments and News agencies also use YouTube, be careful you don't break the law, or commit a personal delict against another person, and insure you use YouTube responsibly.
YouTube may deactivate your entire account over a copyright infringement claim, even if you are a fan of what you have put up.
Due to the explicit nature of a number of videos, and to the largely unmoderated/community moderated way YouTube operates, it is inadvisable for persons below a certain age to use it. It can also destract from study and from work.
Many people use Real Player to download YouTube clips, or a similar service.
YouTube also has customized per country sites, including one for South Africa. The Vatican also has its own account of use to its followers, on the video sharing site, as does the Queen of England (head of the Anglican church).
It is often best to find the YouTube of your favourite News station or celebrity, from their website, Facebook or other such page.
Not all YouTube videos are available in every country, and many countries have banned the service.
Facebook is an internationally used social networking site, used especially in South Africa. It allows different levels of privacy, although there are privacy concerns involving it.
One should be always careful about what they share online, as job recruiters and others view Facebook, and there are viruses, acquired via friends' use of applications and other means which can take your personal information from facebook. Also, what is in writing remains in writing. Facebook has played an active role in political campaigns, via use of groups and pages.
Many celebrities have fake clones of Facebook, and their identity is abused by these. Facebook has strict post policies, and relatively good abuse features responses. It is not for under 13s, and parents should be cautious on how their children use Facebook.
One should only invite, or accept people on Facebook who they know in real life. It is useful as a tool to get to know information on a person they would not otherwise show, but people can lie on Facebook, and may spend hours taking pictures to pretend they had a fun time.
Facebook is useful if used cautiously and responsibly. Never reveal where you are located, or any private information on it, and be cautious about any discussion forums on Facebook.
Never enter your Facebook password unless you are sure it is Facebook you are using.
And remember to check your friends are your actual friends and not fakes, and on peoples' ages.
What you put on the internet can haunt you forever, be careful. I say this with experience, having sometimes attracted unwanted attention online, and sometimes having made mistakes.
It is always good to have a long talk with an experienced Facebook user, before setting it up, and to get their help with privacy settings.
