Cuba's Castro, begins moving "political" prisoners closer to home, after negotiations with the Catholic church

I think I noted this some time ago, that the Holy Roman Catholic church had gotten Raul Castro's Cuba to agree to start moving prisoners closer to their families, and to move the sick to hospital. The first of these has now started to be achieved, says AFP. The Church has also succeeded in getting the authorities in Communist Cuba, to lift the ban on the dissidents' female relatives: The Ladies in White, marching in the streets, says AFP.

At least six prisoners have reportedly been moved so far!

Felix Navarro, Antonio Diaz, Diosdado Gonzalez, Ivan Hernandez; Jose Luis Garcia Paneque, Arnaldo Ramos, have been moved closer to their families so far, they: AFP- quote the office of the Archbishop of Havanna to say.
